Beginning January 1st, 2022, military service members will be getting a 5.1% Basic Allowance for Housing (BAH) rate increase. The DoD announced the rate increase on December 15th, and it is considerably higher than the 2021 2.9% increase. Each year the BAH tables are released in mid-December. Marine Officer Faces Discharge Over Training Accident That Killed 9 Service Members

Military Retirees, Disabled Vets Getting Largest Pay Raise in Decades Beginning in 2022

Starting in 2022, military retirees and disabled vets are due to get the largest increase in their monthly checks since 1983. Many could see their monthly checks jump by hundreds of dollars.
